Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the FuturElectra Driver App. Last updated: July 2026.

1. Vehicle Use

You agree to use the FuturElectra vehicle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your rental agreement. The vehicle must not be sub-let, modified, or used for commercial transportation services other than agreed upon with FuturElectra.

2. Location Tracking

By using this app, you consent to continuous GPS tracking of the vehicle. Location data is collected every minute while the app is running and is used solely for fleet management and vehicle security purposes by FuturElectra. This data is not shared with any third parties.

3. Weekly Rental Payments

Weekly rental amounts are due as per your signed rental agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of app access or recall of the vehicle. FuturElectra reserves the right to recover the vehicle if payments are overdue by more than 7 days.

4. Autopay (UPI Mandate)

If you set up weekly UPI autopay, you authorize FuturElectra to automatically deduct the agreed weekly rental amount from your UPI account. Cancelling autopay without prior notice to FuturElectra may result in the vehicle being recalled.

5. Vehicle Maintenance & Damage

You are responsible for reporting any damage, accident, or malfunction to FuturElectra immediately. Normal wear and tear is covered under your rental agreement. Damage due to negligence, misuse, or accidents may be charged to you.

6. Vehicle Return

Return of the vehicle must be coordinated with the FuturElectra team. You must return the vehicle in the same condition it was provided, along with the battery. Unauthorized disposal or abandonment of the vehicle is a criminal offence.

7. App Usage

You must keep this app installed and running at all times while the vehicle is in your possession. FuturElectra reserves the right to revoke app access at any time. This app is for the registered rider only and must not be used by any other person.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
